2 cans of Southwestern Corn with peppers in them or frozen sweet corn if preferred.
2 cans of black beans totally rinsed off
medium onion finely chopped
3 stalks celery finely chopped
1 yellow & 1 red pepper
Newmans Own Balsamic Vinaigrette - add to taste
Diced tomato 2 whole
1/2 cup black olives chopped
1/2 cup green olives chopped
Salt to taste
Thoroughly rinse black beans and add to bowl. Add all other veggies to bowl mix as each is cut to size.
Last add Paul Newman Balsamic Vinaigrette - stir to taste
