7 ounces cream of coconut (approx 1/2 can)
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp sugar
ground cinnamon or flaked coconut
Combine milk & cream of coconut, vanilla, corn starch & sugar then mix very well in a saucepan. Stir constantly on medium high until mixture begins to boil & gets thick. Let boil a couple more minutes still keep stirring.Pour into individual dessert cups or a mold. Let cool then refrigerate. Top with garnish.
