1 (8 oz) package imitation crab or lobster meat
2 hot dog buns
1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Seasoning
1 tbsp butter (softened)
1 tsp lemon juice
In a medium bowl, flake the crabmeat & mix in mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice & seasoning. Cover & refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.
Spread butter on the inside of the hot dog buns & toast under the broiler.
Fill buns with the crab salad & serve.
