1 x 225g can pineapple pieces in juice (drained)
1 McCain frozen pizza base
5 large cherry tomatoes (quartered)
70g Leggo's Pizza Sauce
10 cherry bocconcini
3 prosciutto slices
Fresh small or torn large basil leaves (to serve)
Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the frozen pizza base on a baking tray.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base.
Arrange the bocconcini, tomato & pineapple on top.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until bocconcini melts & the base is crisp.
Tear the prosciutto slices in half lengthways.
Arrange on top of the pizza.
Sprinkle with basil.
Season with pepper to serve.
