Recipe for Polynesian Stack Ups
Ingredients

1 rotisserie-cooked chicken

1 (12 oz) can crushed pineapple

1 -1 1/2 cup slivered almonds

2 (3 7/8 oz) boxes chicken rice-a-roni

1 cup chopped onion

1 -1 1/2 cup finely shredded cheese

2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth (heated)

1 cup shredded coconut

crunchy chinese noodles

Preparation Method

Shred chicken. Set out dishes containing above ingredients.

Beginning with the rice, let guests begin stacking up ingredients. Rice, chicken, etc. Cover with chicken broth.
