2 mangoes, peeled and flesh roughly chopped
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
thin slices of lime and mint sprigs, to garnish (optional)
½ cup white rum
4 cups crushed ice
1 tbsp sugar
In a blender or food processor put everything apart from the garnish & process, scraping down the sides a few times until the mixture is very smooth but still frozen. Pour mixture into stemmed glasses & garnish each with slices of lime & mint.
