Recipe for Armenian Cutlet

1 lb ground beef

2 medium potatoes

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

1 tbsp cumin powder

1 package of garlic flavored breading mix

1 medium onion

1 tsp salt

4 garlic cloves

1 egg

Preparation Method

Shred garlic cloves, potato & onions in food processor.

In a large bowl, add potato, ground beef, cumin powder, garlic, pepper, onion & salt. Best to mix well with your hands.

Make small paddies with meat mixture & crack egg into a small bowl & whip.

Brush egg onto either side of meat paddy & dip in breading mix. Fry in medium low heat until golden brown in both sides.
